Continuum Company Awards Jacob Construction New 30 Story Luxury Tower

Continuum Club & Residences North Bay Village Miami is a 30-story, 340 feet tall tower developed by Continuum Group, designed by Arquitectonica and pre-construction/construction management by Jacob Construction Company.

Jacob is working with Continuum Companies at La Baia North and Arquitectonica at 42 Pine, both Luxury Residential Towers in Miami.

The beautiful tower features minimalistic design, and includes 201 residences. Amenities at Continuum North Bay Village include 52,818 square feet of office, 21,315 square feet of commercial space, 408 parking spaces in a 5-story garage, pool, fitness center and more.
